HLP-SMILE™ offers an intranet version of its portal. It is virtually the same software as the internet portal with the advantages of being on your own network.

The main advantages are:

• Your storage space only depends on your network environment storage availability.
• The speed of your intranet is generally faster than you internet access
• You may access HLP-SMILE™’s databases and link the data to/from other applications.
• You manage you own security with your own standards.

Unfortunately intranet is not for everyone and there are also some drawbacks to having an intranet version :

• Depending on your internet connection and its configuration, you may not be able to share your HLP-SMILE™ outside of your local network.
